3 easy steps to update your space without breaking the bank
1. GET IN TOUCH
Fill out our form and send us pictures of your current space and what you have in mind for it.
We'll get back to you with a phone consultation where we get to know more about you, your project, your vision, and then schedule an in-home consulation.
2. WE GET TO WORK
During the virtual consultation, we'll discuss the vision you have for your project in depth. Gemma will design your room or home in a way that is tailored specifically for you and your lifestyle. We will also over over project expectations, timeline and then get to work.
3. LOVE YOUR nEW ROOM
We're available by phone to discuss your project with the appropriate tradespeople, if needed. If no construction is needed, you'll have a clarity on the installation process.
Then, get ready to celebrate and enjoy your new space with friends and family.
Our Virtual Interior Design Process
Step 1 | fill out our form | 5 minutes
Get in touch with us by filling out our form and giving us some details about the project you have in mind. We also ask that you send us pictures of the current space you wish to transform, as well as pictures of what you want it to look like. Your time commitment: 15 minutes
Step 2 | discovery call | 30 minutes
We’ll get back to you in no time with a phone consultation where we introduce ourselves and get to know a little more about you and the vision for your space. We will discuss your timeline and suggest the best virtual design package for you.
Step 3 | welcome kit & measurements | 1-3 hours
After you purchase a design bundle, we will send you a welcome kit via email that will help guide you through your homework items. Once we receive your completed homework items, we will contact you to set up a pre-design phone interview to discuss your project before we move forward into the design phase. Your final design plan will be delivered via email and will include instructions on how to implement your design.
Step 4 | we get to work | 4-8 weeks
Once we receive your completed homework items, we will contact you to set up a pre-design phone interview to discuss your project before we move forward into the design phase. Timing on delivery varies depending on which design bundle you purchase and the scope of the design. On average, you will have your completed design plan within 3-4 weeks after submitting your homework items. We will keep you in the loop the entire time so you know when to expect your final design.
Step 5 | Presentation | 1-2 hours
Your vision comes alive through a concept board, shopping list and floorplan. If you have chosen a rendering or virtual 360 walkthrough, the full color draft will be presented at this point.
Step 6 | revisions | 1-2 weeks
We try to get it right the first time but if for some reason we miss the mark we offer a "happiness guarantee" revision. We ask a lot of questions and communicate openly with you regarding the design concept(s) and expectations. Just in case, we do have a “happiness guarantee” so our design bundles include revisions to ensure that you are completely in love with your design.
Step 7 | delivery | 1-2 weeks
Your complete virtual design package should leave you with zero questions on what your design will look like, where to install, who to order from and quantities of each product. Should you need us after your project has been finalized we are available for additional phone support or to talk to your contractor or tradespeople.
